Polyester 0.9

Graphics

Today I’ve released a new version of the Polyester kde theme. This time it has both many bugfixes and some new nice enhancements, in particular I’m very proud of the new kick-ass listview.
Hoping I didn’t introduced too many new bugs, this will be the last release from here to some time in the future, next version after the exams session 🙂
As usual you can find the tarball on this site and also on Kde-Look along some precompiled binaries.

I really love this theme, pretty much the only one I really like. Howevever, is it possible to use the menu stripe with a transparent menu? For me (kde 3.5.2) it seems as they don’t play together.

An other suggestion is this (Pureline):

I really like the thing just left of the buttons. I haven’t coded KDE decorations and haven’t checked how this is done, but if it could be incorporated into polyester, It’d be even better than now!

    thanks:)
regard to the menustripe i will see what i can do, it shouldn’t be too hard.

regard to pureline, it’s a very nice decoration, but it has a very different style from polyester, i don’t know if they would play very well together, maybe i will do some tests but it doesn’t fulli convince me, let’s see…
