KeepSecret is our new password management application, based on SecretService, which works both with our old KWallet infrastructure as well as more modern services such as oo7, KeepassXC and many others.
Version 1.1 has now been released.
This release Has been focused mainly on small usability papercuts and improved messaging to the user.

An important aspect of this release is that is the first one that’s available on flathub, so it’s very easy to install and test now, just hop on Discover to find it.

Hello, is it compatible with Keepass(XC) databases? That would just what I need
It doesn’t access them directly, this is just a client to the secretservice dbus interface. KeepassXC can expose such dbus interface, so you definitely can access it. it needs keepassxc running though
Why Not using keepassxc, what bad about it?
I just discovered this app today. Nice!
One issue that might be particular to my use case is that I use 2 wallets in Kwallet: one for app passwords (network manager, falkon, kmail, etc) and another one for free-form information like credit card, private keys, or secrets not related to an app or website.
The latter are cramed whole in the password field, making them pretty much unusable.
Any chance of, say, detecting long, multiline fields and displaying them as such?
Thanks!
